We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and secure new property management accounts. This role requires someone with deep market knowledge, a strong network, and a proven track record in sales or business development — ideally in real estate, hospitality, or property services. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our portfolio and shaping our reputation as a trusted, high-quality property management provider.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including landlords, investors, and real estate professionals.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, HOAs, brokers, and community partners.
Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy to expand our property management services.
Create and deliver compelling pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent client experience.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and community meetings to increase brand visibility.
Track and report on sales metrics, lead conversions, and revenue pipeline.
Stay current with market trends, competitor offerings, and regional real estate developments.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (real estate or property management experience highly preferred).
Strong local network and understanding of the Washington State housing and rental market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive growth targets.
Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
Real estate license (preferred but not required).
